All that you know or have experienced is not what you want. New career, new location, new people to meet is that where you start? Do you start inside yourself? For me it starts within and takes on a whole new life of it's own. My family was most important and their needs came first. In the past, my career goal was every five years because I felt that in order for me to be challenged or grow that was a good timeframe for me. As time moves on for me, I realized it is not about the timing. You get divorced, your child becomes an adult, your career ends and your grandchildren are growing up. Now what - well it's now about me and what I want. I want to travel, meet new people, embrace new challenges and above all have fun doing it all!
